Booking Fee Required

BOOKING

Non-Refundable Booking Fees (50% of service amount) are due for all appointments to secure date and time requested. You must pay the Booking Fee in order to book your appointment.  

-If you need to reschedule your appointment prior to our cancellation policy, your booking fee can be transferred (It is transferable only once) to the new appointment.  

-If you reschedule within our 72-hour cancellation policy, your Booking Fee will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay another Booking Fee to secure the new appointment slot.  

-If you reschedule or cancel within our 24-hour cancellation policy, your Booking Fee will be forfeited, and you will be billed and additional 30% of the service to have been rendered during the appointment. You will be required to pay another Booking Fee to secure a new appointment slot.  

CANCELLATION

Cancellations and reschedules are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled service. (You are allowed one appointment reschedule per Booking Fee). 

Cancellations within 72 hours of the service will result in forfeiture of Booking Fee. A new Booking Fee will be required for new appointment slots.  

Cancellations, Reschedules, and No-Shows within 24-hours of the day of service will result in a cancellation fee of 80% of the total service amount [Cancellation fee = Booking Fee (50% of service) plus an additional 30% of service].  

LATE ARRIVAL & LATE FEE

Late Arrival Policy, Grace Period, and Late Fees 

*15-Minute Grace Period: We offer a strict 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment start time. 

*Mandatory Late Fee: If you arrive late but within the 15-minute grace period, your service will still be performed, but a mandatory $25.00 Late Fee will be automatically added to your final bill. 

*Modified Service Window: Your service will end at its originally scheduled time. Certain styling or drying steps may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. You remain responsible for 100% of the original service fee plus the late fee. 

*Automatic Cancellation (After 15 Minutes): Arriving more than 15 minutes late results in an automatic cancellation of your session. For certain appointments it is physically impossible to safely complete without disrupting subsequent appointments. 

*No-Show Classification: Crossing the 15-minute threshold is legally classified as a Last-Minute No-Show. Your 50% booking fee will be permanently forfeited, you will be billed the additional 30% penalty fee (totaling 80% of the service amount), and you must pay a new booking fee to reschedule.
